Soda has long been the culprit of many health problems in our world today. People don’t realize the effects that soda has on the health and on the body. What soda does in the body show’s up on our skin whether we like it or not that is why it’s important to stay healthy and make sure to get the vitamins and minerals that your body needs.

Soda is a popular drink in our culture today and many people are drinking it and even replacing water with it. Soda is a combination of carbonated water, sugar, caffeine and dye’s. Many skincare professionals such as dermatologists will say that what you eat or drink doesn’t cause acne or pimples but if you start changing your diet your skin will break out more or begin to clear up. Have you ever noticed that? I have noticed that and I know that food and drinks effect acne so clearly what you ingest effects if you have acne or not.

Eczema is often confused with dry skin. In reality it is a skin condition that stems from allergies from substances that are ingested, touched, or inhaled into the body. The body attempts to get rid of the toxins which causes the allergy to manifest as an itchy rash on the skin which if scratched will begin to weep and in some cases bleed.
