Melasma is a skin condition distinguished by irregular, grayish-brown discoloration on facial areas that are frequently bare from the sun, such as the forehead, cheeks, nose, and chin. Although not a life-threatening condition most of the time, it begs for cure especially as it affects more women than men.

Skincare experts and dermatologists will tell you that diet has no connection to acne because it hasn’t been scientifically proven. There are many things that haven’t been scientifically proven because they haven’t been tested because no one has cared to test them. If you change your diet and your skin starts to clear up or break out that is enough proof for me and should be for you too! you don’t need science to clarify that it has an effect. I know from personal experience that when I ate a bad diet my skin broke out more and when I ate cleaner my skin was clearer and healthier. We all know that acne effects diet because if you eat differently your skin will begin to break out or clear up.
