There are many acne treatment systems out there. There are many acne products out there and there are many different viewpoints about how you should and should not treat your acne. I had acne for over 5 years on and off and I tried everything from skin creams to lotions to proactiv to internal remedies. Nothing worked for me until I started learning about how skin and skin health work and how I needed to take care of my health and the health of my skin would follow.
