In my personal opinion both diet soda and soda cause acne and it causes it to become worse, it causes health problems in the body and I recommend that you stay away from it. I also recommend that you drink more spring or purified water on a daily basis in order to clear up your skin and to cleanse your internal organs of the toxins that break out of your skin.
