Teenage years are amongst the most memorable stages in an individual’s existence. It is at this phase when girls start to impress and catch the opposite gender’s interest, and when the boys start courting girls. Appearing gorgeous is important to people who are in this age. As much as they can, they stay away from getting acne scars for it may possibly serve as hindrance to their social dealings.

There are many acne treatment products available today. When I used to have acne I tried many of them, over the past few years much hasn’t changed in this product treatment space. The products are still the same for the most part even though they may claim to be “new and improved” and it seems that the “new products” are just re-packaged old products with the same ingredients but with a different name on the label.

Soda is a popular drink in our culture today and many people are drinking it and even replacing water with it. Soda is a combination of carbonated water, sugar, caffeine and dye’s. Many skincare professionals such as dermatologists will say that what you eat or drink doesn’t cause acne or pimples but if you start changing your diet your skin will break out more or begin to clear up. Have you ever noticed that? I have noticed that and I know that food and drinks effect acne so clearly what you ingest effects if you have acne or not.

There are many people that suffer from acne each year yet dermatologists and skincare companies will tell you that acne has nothing to do with diet. It’s interesting because if you change your diet you will notice that diet does effect acne and the condition of your skin. The reason that dermatologists and skincare companies tell you that diet doesn’t effect skin is because they have a lotion, cream or skincare product to sell you and if you knew to change your diet then they wouldn’t be able to sell you what they once could.

Acne is a skin condition that millions of people deal with and have problems curing. I suffered from acne for about 5 years and hated every minute I had to deal with acne! There is no better feeling than looking in the mirror and finally seeing clear skin! It is my goal to help as many people cure their acne from home just like I did with natural remedies that I used. First, you need to understand that about 80% of your acne is caused from internal factors meaning that it is created based on what you eat and drink.
